50 Shades of Green

Hamjambooo!

Today was another colorful, beautiful day in the life of the PUC Tanzania team! Colorful mainly because we continued to paint the murals today!

As our friendly contractors have been plastering the inside, we've decided to do our part by helping paint the exterior! We're going to have mango trees on each side of the bathroom, with one fully drawn by the team and the other only the tree trunk so that the kids can handprint the leaves themselves! We can't wait to see what it will look like when the kids come back from vacation!

In the meantime, they've also started tiling the inside. We've also received news that the solar panel will begin to be installed tomorrow! Things are really picking up in these last few days!

To end our day, we picked up our clothes from the seamstress. I personally cannot wait to take my Africa couture back to the US.
