Guess what?!

The PUC team that you know and love got a visit by a special guest today, the Mayor of Tanga! Pretty much, if you were to do a ranking of government officials he is one step below the president. It was a BIG deal, and we didn't know he was coming until the morning of!

We showed him around the project and explained the PUC program, the project, and the needs of the Pongwe community! With these kinds of visits, we are raising awareness for the children here at Pongwe as well as potentially setting the foundation for donations to future PUC projects! He was highly impressed by our project and told us we were doing a fantastic job!

We also got on TV today as a Tanga News reporter, the public channel, interviewed us one by one about the project.

Your boy could get used to this celebrity lifestyle.
